This pud's been made for us by Alan and Jane - our baking heroes. The family owned and award-winning Authentic Bread Co in Gloucestershire, have been producing traditionally made organic breads for 20 years. Storage & prep

Store in a dry cool place. Once opened, keep refridgerated and consume within 5 days. To cook remove muslin and polypropolene disc and place bowl in a saucepan of simmering water to approximately two thirds the height of the bowl. Simmer for an hour and a quarter, topping up the water as necessary. Remove the paper covering the pudding before serving. This pudding can also be heated in the microwave.
