The family owned and award-winning Authentic Bread Co in Gloucestershire, have been producing traditionally made organic breads for 20 years. Their band of merry baker elves have created outstanding, top notch organic Christmas puds and cakes you'll be proud to call your own.

Storage & prep

Store in a dry cool place. Once opened, keep refridgerated and consume within 5 days. To cook remove muslin and polypropolene disc and place bowl in a saucepan of simmering water to approximately two thirds the height of the bowl. Simmer for an hour and a quarter, topping up the water as necessary. Remove the paper covering the pudding before serving. This pudding can also be heated in the microwave.
