Beef (43%), Pork (43%), Water, Gluten Free Breadcrumb (rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, vegetable oil (rapeseed), dextrose, sugar, yeast, salt, stabilliser (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), maize starch, psyllium fibre), salt, black pepper, dextrose, preservative (sodium metabisulphite), dried yeast, antioxidant (ascorbic acid), oregano. Made in a factory that handles egg, fish, soya, milk, celery, mustard and sesame.

Storage & prep

Store between 0°C & 4°C. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of delivery. Fully defrost in a refrigerated environment over 24 hours. Once fully defrosted, use within 24hours. Do not re-freeze.

Cooking instructions

1. Roll the mince into the desired shape. Farmison recommend 24 x 15g balls.
2. Preheat a heavy based fruit pan and sear all over before transferring to a sauce. Slowly cook for 20 minutes until thoroughly cooked, and the core temperature is at least 70°C
