Deliciously sweet and juicy, it’s easy to see why organic Gala apples are one of our most popular varieties. Grown and handpicked for us on Mole End Farm in the Kentish Wealds by Paul and Sara Ward, these English apples are wonderfully aromatic, with pale-yellow flesh and a fine texture. On Paul and Sara’s organic farm, wild bees are encouraged to pollinate the apple and pear trees, and every carefully tended orchard is home to at least 10 beehives.
