Caught by rod and line on the Bay of Biscay and dressed by hand by the experts at Ortiz, this Bonito tuna in organic olive oil is a decadent dollop for your baked potato, a perfect partner for a fish pie, and just the ticket for a tuna sandwich.

Did you know that Bonito Tuna are the small-fry of the tuna world? They weigh in at less that 20kg for the most part. That might sound hefty for a fish, but the Altantic Bluefin has been known to grow to almost 700kg!
