Named after the Seven Sisters chalk cliffs in East Sussex, this semi-soft, matured, organic sheep’s milk cheese is just as impressive as its namesake. With its light nuttiness and coating of Hebridean seaweed – giving it a unique texture and an ever-so-slight saltiness – this is a wedge that’s truly difficult to resist.

Not only was this awarded Gold at the 2021 International Cheese Awards, it was also voted Best Sheeps Cheese at the 2023 Artisan Cheese Awards.

High Weald Dairy is based in West Sussex, run by passionate cheesemakers Mark and Sarah. They started out as organic farmers and diversified into milking 250 dairy sheep. One thing led to another and now they spend all day crafting delicious ranges of award-winning cheeses from organic cow’s and sheep’s milk.
