Harvest London
Harvest London was founded in 2017 by Chris Davies and Matt Chlebek with the aim of giving chefs access to the freshest, most flavoursome herbs and greens. Using a ground-breaking hydroponic system that drip feeds the plants, they’re able to grow delicious produce using 95% less water than typical farms. Controlling the exact mix of light, water, nutrients and humidity allows each plant to thrive without the need for pesticides and results in great-tasting produce. This innovate approach also allows them to grow all year-round at a volume that isn’t possible in fields – reducing waste at every step.
