Organico are big lovers of organic food and the Mediterranean diet so when they were on the lookout for small, family-owned and co-operative producers they knew that they would have to hold their values. Everything is considered, from the environment, animals, health and all the people involved along the way. Everything Organico select is free from artificial additives, colour or preservatives. They look to support each producer and in turn their community by paying a fair price (they take this very seriously). Store in a cool, dry place.
Place a nob of butter in a pan, add a small glass of wine (circa 100ml), stir in the contents of the pack and heat for 2 minutes.
Add 700ml of water and boil for a further 15 minutes.
Remove from heat, add extra virgin olive oil or butter, mix well and garnish to taste.
