Their mission is to help farmers actively restore wildlife habitats and regenerate soils, while ensuring they’re paid fairly. Sourcing from around 30 small-scale farms in the South West, they produce wild-regenerative meat from diverse landscapes, from upland pastures to wildflower-rich coastal meadows.
