- From the Ada variety, also known as Lavendula stoechas
- Bunches are hand-cut daily so they’re as fresh as possible
- Lavender’s perfect for crafting, and can be used to make lavender bags, bottles or wands to scent your home and clothing. Plus, each bunch is packaged with drying instructions
- It can also be added to your bakes and cocktails to impart a floral, aromatic flavour – give it a good wash first
- Each bunch is delivered with zero air miles

Storage & prep

Lavender Care: It's best to avoid putting the lavender in water as it’ll reduce the longevity and may encourage mould or browning.

If you'd like to keep the fragrance of our fields in your home throughout the year, then why not dry this bunch. Simply split the bunch into two using the rubber bands to keep the stems together. Hang the bunches upside down, somewhere warm and out of direct sunshine. After a few weeks the lavender will be fixed and can be placed in a vase or strip the buds to make potpourri.
