Shallot & Goat's Cheese Tarte Tatin

Intro
Tuck into a taste of France this summer. This stylish tarte tatin is delicious served warm or cold, so it's perfect for picnics as well as lunch in the garden or dinner with friends. It's made with sweet caramelised shallots and a layer of soft, creamy goat's cheese baked in the oven with a crisp, buttery pastry top. You'll flip it out of the pan to reveal the golden shallots. Finish with more goat's cheese and a handful of rocket.
