Organic Vegetarian

The mighty Fleet Valley Blue is the perfect choice of organic cheese for parties and events. Made with raw milk , each one is ripened for three to four months to allow the flavour to develop fully and the glorious, fine veining to spread evenly throughout the whole round. It’s creamy, silken texture and lingering finish makes it a complex, pleasing organic cheese that rewards thoughtful savouring.

Set up in direct opposition to the intensification of dairy farming, The Ethical Dairy at Rainton Farm in south-west Scotland are makers of world-class organic cheeses with a welfare-first approach. Keeping their dairy calves with their mothers for far longer than conventional wisdom dictates allows them to suckle and wean naturally, reducing the stress on both mother and child alike. To them, it’s simple. They don’t want to have to choose between doing what’s right and staying in business – and that makes them the perfect fit for us too.
