With veggie and vegan diets on the rise Casa del Fermentino wanted to heed the call and lead those appetites away from the processed options and instead focus on going back to nature. Aiming to revolutionize the plant-based market, their range of ‘fermentino’ products are carving out a whole new category of plant-based meals derived from the simple process of fermenting nuts. No more additions and extractions and long lists of ingredients, just enough to count on one hand while the other grabs a plate.
