Storage & prep

Keep Refridgerated.

Remove packaging and place chorizo on a hot barbecue for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally during cooking. Cook thoroughly before use.

Suitable for home freezing.

Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and before its best before date. Once frozen, consume within 1 year. Once defrosted, consume within 3 days.
