They do their bit for the planet too, with massive compost bins and a wormery at their farm for all green and brown waste, all tins, card, glass and plastic recycled, and their own packaging is reused as much as possible (and that which isn't can be composted, with the last little bit recycled). Brilliant all round.

Storage & prep

Keep Refrigerated.
Pre-heat oven to 180°C fan, gas mark 4. Remove sleeve and wrapping. Cover tighlty with foil. Place on baking tray. Cook for 15 mins or until mash is piping hot. Remove from oven and allow to rest for a few mins before serving
