Ingredients you'll need
  • 4 bananas
  • A pinch of cinnamon
Step by step this way
  • 1.

Peel your bananas, break into little pieces and freeze for 2 hours or till firm for an extra thick and creamy milkshake. If you can’t wait, just peel and use them as they are.

  • 2.

Place the frozen or fresh bananas into a blender or food processor with the almond milk and a pinch of cinnamon. Blend till smooth and creamy. That’s it. Drink up.

  • 3.

BANANA BOATS Bananas float. Just like a boat. Get a large bowl of water and see for yourself. Fasten a piece of paper to a toothpick to make a sail and have banana boat races before you prepare your milkshakes.

  • 4.

DID YOU KNOW? Monkey’s peel bananas from the knobbly bit at the bottom, not the stem bit? Try it. Which is easiest?
