- 60ml cider vinegar
- 80g honey
- 400g Tenderstem® broccoli
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Sea salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- Large pan
Fill and boil your kettle. Pour the vinegar into a bowl and add the honey with 1 tbsp olive oil. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper and stir until the honey dissolves.
Fill a large pan with hot water from the kettle, topping the pan up with extra water if necessary. Add a pinch of salt and set the pan on a high heat to come back to the boil.
Trim the dry ends off the broccoli. When the water is boiling, add the broccoli and simmer for 4-5 mins till bright green and just tender.
Drain the broccoli and transfer to a warm serving dish. Pour over the honey and vinegar dressing and serve.
