Sharon Fruit & Spinach Smoothie

Step by step this way

Slice the leaves and stalks off the sharon fruit. Roughly chop the sharon fruit and pop them in a blender. Peel and break in the banana. Scatter in the spinach leaves. Grate in the lemon zest and squeeze in half of the juice.

Pour in 330ml oat drink (save the rest to use in the other recipes this week). Add a handful of ice cubes and whiz till smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
