Step by step this way

    Trim and roughly chop the carrots and pop them into your blender. Halve the passion fruit ad scoop out the seeds and flesh with a teaspoon. Pour in any juices from the shells. Peel the banana and break that in.

    Pour in a third of the carton of hazelnut drink (save the rest for the other smoothies this week) and add a few ice cubes. Blitz till smooth and pour into a couple of glasses to serve.
