- 4 tbsp agave syrup
- 4 lemons
- A hint of vanilla
Makes 1 litre. Halve your lemons. Squeeze the juice into a bowl – set a sieve over the bowl to catch the pips (throw them out).
Stir in 4 tbsp agave syrup. Add half a vanilla pod, if you like. Make sure you keep the seeds for the banana macaroons.
Pour the juice into a jug. Add 1 litre of water. Give it a good stir. Taste. Add more agave, if you like.
Chill with ice or in the fridge till ready to serve. Freeze any leftovers as ice lollies.
