Ingredients you'll need
- 2 x 225g punnets of strawberries
- A 40g jar of honey
Step by step this way

Trim the green tops from your strawberries.
- 2.
Place in a saucepan. Use your hands to squish the berries till they’re really juicy and start to look jammy.
- 3.
Add the honey. Bring to the boil. Be careful not to put your face too close to the pan. Let it bubble up a bit till it’s thickened and looks jammy, 5-10 mins.

That’s it. Chill till ready to serve.
