- A 225g punnet of strawberries
- 1 tbsp honey
- Seedless vanilla pod (leftover from your ice cream)
Trim the leafy tops from your strawberries.
Tumble the berries into a saucepan. Add the vanilla pod leftover from your ice cream. Get your hands in there and squish them up till they’re really juicy.
Swirl in some honey, just enough to sweeten. That’s it. Use to drizzle through your ice cream.
