    Pour the coconut water into a blender. Add the spinach. Halve, stone and peel the avocado. Add it. Halve the kiwi and spoon the green flesh out and add it to the blender. Add 150ml water. Whiz till smooth, adding more water, if needed, to reach desired consistency.

  • Tip

    Have a banana
    If your avocado is hard when you unpack your box, tuck it in a paper bag with the banana we've sent you. It will help the avocado ripen, and you can add it to your smoothie too (this will affect the calories and nutrition).
