  • 250ml ice cold water

    Halve the melon and scoop out the seeds. Cut into wedges and carve the flesh away from the skin. Cut the skin from the lime. Roughly chop the celery and ginger. Add everything to the blender. Tip in a cupful of ice and a trickle of water and whizz till smooth. Add more water as necessary.
