Halve the avocado and discard the stone. Scoop out the flesh into your blender. Peel the banana and break it in. Peel and finely grate in the ginger. Grate in the zest from the citron beldi and squeeze in half of the juice. Cram in the spinach leaves.

Pour in 330ml almond milk and add a handful of ice cubes. Blend till smooth and thick, then have a taste. Add more citron beldi juice if needed. Pour into glasses and serve.
