    Peel and roughly chop the apples (discarding stem and seeds). Pop into a blender with the banana (peeled first, of course).

    Halve and scoop out the seeds from the passion fruit. Add them with the juice from your lime and the leaves from your mint. Pour in the maple water. Add a few ice cubes and blend till smooth.
