Discover our organic, Pasture Fed Beef Burgers from The Green Butcher. Hand pressed and simply seasoned to show off the natural flavour.

What makes me special?

- Rich taste. Full-bodied with the depth of flavour you only get from cattle raised on grass for life.
- Juicy texture. Hand-pressed for a tender bite that stays succulent whether grilled or fried.
- Simply seasoned. Just organic beef, salt, black pepper and nothing else.
- Dry-aged for depth. The beef is hung and dry-aged before being made into burgers.
- 100% pasture fed for life. Made from beef raised entirely on grass and pasture, certified with the Pasture for Life mark.
- Organic British provenance. Sourced from pioneering organic farms including Horton House Farm in Wiltshire.
- Low-impact farming. Produced by The Green Butcher, champions of pasture-based systems that support soil health and biodiversity.
- Sustainably delivered. Arrives at your table with zero air miles and zero pointless plastic.

Producer

The Green Butcher is a small, Twickenham-based cooperative, co-owned by Nick Green and the pioneering organic, British dairy farm, Horton House Farm on the Wiltshire-Somerset border. The Green Butcher was founded to champion the virtues of low-impact, low-input, pasture-based farming, where livestock are rotated to a fresh, nutritious pasture every day, to give the soil time to regenerate and boost biodiversity. All of the collective’s meat bears the Pasture for Life mark, which certifies that it comes from animals raised only on grass and pasture.
