Ingredients you'll need
  • 1 avoado
  • 1 banana
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 250ml almond drink

Step by step this way

    Halve the avocado and scoop out the stone with a spoon, then scoop flesh into your blender. Peel the banana and break it into the blender. Squash the dates on your board to open them up, pull out the stones, then add the dates to the blender.

    Measure in 1 tbsp tahini. Pour in the almond drink and add a few ice cubes. Whizz till smooth and creamy, then pour into 2 glasses and serve.
