Ripe, juicy mango, velvety banana and a deep amber swirl of sweet maple syrup are blended with a splash of creamy matcha mylk to make a fabulous, fruity smoothie.

Ingredients you'll need
  • 1 mango
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 330ml matcha mylk
From your kitchen
  • A few ice cubes

Step by step this way
  • 1.

    Slice the fat cheeks off the mango stone, then slice the thinner sides off the stone. Slice the mango flesh off the skin and pop it into your blender. Slice as much flesh off the stone as you can and add that too.

    Peel the banana and break it into the blender. Drizzle in 1 tbsp maple syrup.

  • 3.

    Pour the matcha mylk into the blender. Add a handful of ice cubes. Blend till smooth, then pour into glasses and serve.
