Boil a pot of water and drop in organic Durum Wheat Spaghettoni PGI from Alce Nero. A very special pasta, sometimes referred to as ‘white gold’ for its beautiful light colour achieved through top quality ingredients and careful, slow drying in the crisp mountain air. With special PGI status, awarded to protect and promote regional treasures, each strand is produced in the specific Gragnano province for an excellent bite.

A thicker, more robust version of spaghetti, perfect for a Bolognese, carbonara or any creamy, silky sauce that requires finishing in the pan.
