This delicious organic butter is made especially for us by the butter experts at Brue Valley Farms, who only use the best organic cream, and wonderful, pure sea salt from Halen Môn in Anglesey. It's so pure in fact, it's the only salt to have Soil Association approval. With a lot of care and attention, Brue Valley churn the butter slowly, adding the salt bit by bit, constantly checking the consistency to make sure it's perfect. They then hand-roll and wrap it up for us. What you get is butter that's beautifully delicious, that turns your hunk of bread into a whole new experience.

Brue Valley is run by the Clapp family near Glastonbury, they've been farming in Somerset for centuries. They believe in taking time and following traditional methods to make their products. Simon and his niece Natalie look after the creamery, it's a true family business with everyone mucking in at the busy times.
