These cuts are a cross section from the firmest, most succulent part of the salmon and the bone in the centre promises plenty of flavour throughout the flesh. Celtic Coast Fish Co.’s salmon build up thick layers of muscle as part of the active life they lead, swimming comfortably in the strong currents that pass through the farm. Each shoal of fish grows strong and healthy on a controlled diet of fully organic feed, so each salmon can be certified as organically farmed. Roast, pan-fry or sizzle these juicy steaks on the barbecue, to fully savour their deliciously rich flavour.
