  • 100g watercress
  • 50g toasted almonds
  • Zest and juice of ½ lime
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Feta, for crumbling (optional)

1. Whizz up your bag of watercress with 50g toasted almonds, the zest and juice of ½ lime and 2 tbsp olive oil. Add a crumble of feta if you wish.
