The family owned and award-winning Authentic Bread Co in Gloucestershire has been baking traditionally made organic breads for 20 years. Inspired by annual family holidays in France, the Bake at Home range is handmade using their high grade organic flour and then part baked leaving you to choose when to finish off. Bake for 8 minutes in the oven and your kitchen will smell like your very own bakery.

Storage & prep

Store in a cool dark place. Once open, bake and consume the same day. Sprinkle lightly with water and place in a 200°C oven for 10 minutes or until the crust is golden. Suitable for home freezing. We guarantee a shelf life of 5 days, including day of delivery.
