Storage & prep

Store in a Cool, Dry Place.

Soak in water for at least 30 Minutes. Then carefully apply handfuls directly to the cooking fuel layer of the BBQ for the first 15 minutes or the last 15 minutes of the cook and put the lid down. Use in a smoking box on Gas BBQ grills.
