Producer

Your stunning, organic flowers are sourced from four hardworking, women-led farms right here in the UK. Organic Blooms is run as a social enterprise, providing horticultural therapy and jobs for those with varying support needs.

Clover Nursery is run by one-woman team Vicky, who splits her time between the farm and the school pick-up. She plants early bulbs, so we have stunning, British-grown flowers from the start of spring onwards.

Kensons Farm flowers are grown by Liz near Sailisbury, she specialises in big romantic flowers like peonies and dahlias.

Naomi grows flowers on Wards Farm in Exeter alongside her organic ducks. At this time of year she has lots of sweet williams and stocks and we can't wait for her chrysanthemums come autumn.

Storage & prep

If your flowers look a little tired on arrival, don't be alarmed! They just need a little care to get them started and they should last for at least a week, usually longer. Please re-cut the stems on an angle, remove any lower foliage and place in clean water, away from direct sunlight. Keep the water fresh and the vase clean and remove blooms as they fade. Use a vase or container that is tall enough to fully support the stems, if you're not sure experiment with different containers, take a step back and decide which is best. Take some time to arrange the flowers one stem at a time, crossing the stems over each other to give them some support. Spread the different shapes and colours evenly around the vase for the best effect.
