All Kale the Coconut Smoothie

Looking for tasty way to get your vits in the depths of winter? Whizz up this tasty green smoothie stuffed with seasonal kale and Sicilian blood oranges, all blended with creamy, dairy-free coconut yogurt. You'll glow from the inside out.

Ingredients

  • 50g kale
  • 50g dried figs
  • 1 blood orange
  • 125g vanilla dairy-free coconut yogurt

Method

1. Strip the kale leaves off their thick cores and roughly chop the leaves. Roughly chop the figs. Slice the skin off the orange and break it into segments.
2. Add everything to your blender with the coconut yogurt and a handful of ice cubes. Whizz till smooth. Scoop into bowls, or trickle in a little water to make a more sippable smoothie. Serve straight away.
