A comforting organic bone broth made by simmering a mix of organic, grass-fed beef bones, fresh veggies, and turmeric, over a gentle heat for 48 hours. This gently releases all the goodness (the gelatine and a high amount of protein) from the collagen-rich joints and bones. Together with the veggies, the broth is given a wonderfully deep flavour. Dilute it to try as a warming drink, instead of coffee or tea, as a hearty base for soups, stocks and sauces, or to give your risottos and pastas that extra taste-dimension.

Take required quantity and heat gently - do not boil. Can be taken neat or added to hot water. Also can be added to food during cooking as a stock.
