Storage & prep

Store refrigerated below 5C, and consume on or before the use by date shown on the pack.

Ideally suited to BBQ cooking, if cooking indoors grill whilst monitoring closly and turning regularly in order to avoid meatier fish from drying out and becoming overcooked.

Suitable for home freezing.

Freeze as soon as possible after delivery and before the best before date. Use within one month of freezing. Ensure that the product is fully defrosted before cooking. Once defrosted do not re-freeze.
