Black Isle Brewery’s Goldfinch is a rare specimen and certainly one to catch if you can. This hoppy, organic session IP with a light and refreshing taste is a coeliac’s gluten-free dream. There’s a burst of citrusy zing in every sip, pairing perfectly with charcuterie meats and playing off the tang in green olives particularly well. Add a can or two to your order and keep an eye out for a flash of gold.
