Comes in a reassuringly stout wax casing.
The chaps down at Godminster dairy in Somerset use milk from their herd of Holstein and Brown Swiss cattle, and employ the expertise of local cheesemakers to make this formidable, awe-inspiring cheddar. Records show that there has been a dairy farm here for over 100 years...

To make the most out of this vintage cheddar you will need to ensure it is kept refrigerated. Once the packet has been opened it should be closely wrapped as any exposed parts will dry out and become crumbly. Not suitable for home freezing.
