Since 1984, Züger have been making delicious soft cheeses at their family-run creamery. Based in Eastern Switzerland, they support small-scale, local farmers – getting their milk from farms within 40km of their site in Oberüren. They’re committed to working in harmony with nature, powering their creamery with solar energy and use a wood chip boiler to reduce their CO2 emissions. From fresh mozzarella to creamy, plant-based spreads, all of their cheeses are made using top-quality ingredients.
