It was love at first sip between Pact and Abel & Cole. The pot wasn’t even cold by the time we knew we’d love to work with them for all our own coffees. Stephen set up Pact in 2012, with only a single grinder, and a mission: To make coffee a force for good in the world. To achieve this, he ensures that he knows where every bean in every bag is grown and that everyone who has a hand it is highly skilled and fairly paid – at times up more than 25% more than the Fairtrade standard.

Storage & prep

Please store in a cool dark place. Once opened store in an airtight container and grind freshly for each use. Not suitable for home freezing.

To brew: Use 60g per litre of water recipe ratio (15g for 250ml cup) and brew through cafetiere, V60 or aeropress. Brew between 3.5 - 5 minutes. Use water no hotter than 95 C.
