Quicker, easier and even tastier than your average jam. It's full of fresh strawberries cooked with organic honey to make a spread that's jam-packed full of flavour.

Ingredients you'll need
  • 2 x 225g punnets of strawberries
  • A 40g jar of honey
Step by step this way
  • 1.

    Trim the green tops from your strawberries.

  • 2.

    Place in a saucepan. Use your hands to squish the berries till they’re really juicy and start to look jammy.

  • 3.

    Add the honey. Bring to the boil. Be careful not to put your face too close to the pan. Let it bubble up a bit till it’s thickened and looks jammy, 5-10 mins.

  • 4.

    That’s it. Chill till ready to serve.
