Somerset Charcuterie is a proudly independent artisan producer, born from the shared passion of founders Andy and James. Their roots in farming and community livestock raising inspired them to combine traditional Spanish, French and Italian curing with the rich food culture of the West Country . What began as an experimental interest in charcuterie soon grew into a thriving business after early farmers’ market success. More than a decade on from their start in 2014, the team handcraft every product on their Somerset farm, alongside local wild venison, free range duck, grass fed beef and lamb to preserve the authentic textures, flavours and appearance that define their range. Their commitment to using the best Somerset ingredients, and maintaining artisanal techniques has earned them a loyal following across farmers' markets, delis, restaurants and gastro pubs throughout the South West.
