Tony Craske runs Abergavenny Fine Foods practically single-handedly. He makes a variety of traditional Welsh cheeses with both cow's and goat's milk. The cheeses are distributed from, and sold by, a small shop next to the dairy.
Abergavenny is a soft, rindless goat's cheese with a crumbly texture and a beautifully mild, fresh taste. It is packed in a round which can be turned out onto your cheeseboard if you wish.
