Ingredients you'll need
  • 4 kiwis
  • 1cm slice of ginger
  • 50g watercress
  • 35g flaked almonds
  • 150g Greek style yogurt
From your kitchen
  • A cupful of ice
Step by step this way
  • 1.

    Halve the kiwis and scoop the flesh into your blender. Add a slice (or more, if you like) of ginger.

    Add the watercress and flaked almonds. Dollop in the yogurt with a cupful of ice. Blitz till smooth.
