This is our classic organic houmous. We call it traditional because it's low in salt and oil, making it a bit more authentic (and healthier too).
It's rustic and freshly made by hand, just like a houmous you'd get in a Turkey or Egypt.
Compared to shop-bought stuff, it's far lower in salt and oil, and has loads more chickpeas in it too.

Olives are far more fun than Outlook so just over a year ago, the couple swapped spreadsheets for chickpeas and moved to the country. They source the best organic ingredients, making links with local farms for seasonal supplies.
