Windmill Organics began in 1978 as a wholefood shop in London. In 1981 a vegetarian restaurant was added and became so popular, they decided to offer their food to more switched on food lovers. And so came Biona. Its name comes from their organic, pure roots; 'Bio' meaning organic throughout Europe and 'Na' taken from ‘nature’. Store cool and dry. Once opened, keep refridgerated and consume within 2 days. Not suitable for home freezing.
Remove rolls from packaging and place on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated oven at 200°C (180°C fan/Gas mark 6) for 4 - 6 minutes. For a crisper crust, lightly sprinkle with water before baking. Allow to cool for 2 minutes on a wire rack before serving.
