Pitched on a marvellous spot along the south Devonshire coast, The Well Hung Meat Company really knows their stuff. Working in partnership with lamb farmers they know well and trust. Their lamb are free to graze and eat the clover-rich grass all year round, exploring the world and taking in the rolling hills of Dartmoor.
The lamb is then hung for at least a week so it’s tender and full of flavour before being prepared by hand.
