Our organic Happy Hippy bar from Montezuma's is an orange dark chocolate with a difference. A delicate floral note of geranium runs through the zesty orange and smooth, glossy chocolate.
What makes me special?
- Let it melt slowly. The orange comes through first, then the geranium lingers on the finish.
- 74% cocoa solids. It has a deep cocoa flavour, rounded off with cane sugar and a little vanilla.
- Dark, not bitter. It's intense enough for dark chocolate fans without any harsh bitterness.
- After dinner. Serve a few squares with coffee to finish a meal.
- Bake with it. Fold chunks through brownie batter or shortbread dough for an orange twist.
